I recently spent four nights at LMBK Surf House and had such a great time! The rooms were nice and clean, and the whole place had a great atmosphere. I went from having absolutely no idea how to surf to actually feeling like I could catch some waves (with assistance, of course 😂).

I did get a little injury out there, but I was really well supported by our group leader, Lan (Lead Surf Guy), who was so lovely, kind and encouraging.

On my last day I was absolutely buggered, but baby Juna (it was his first day as a permanent instructor!) was honestly one of the most supportive and helpful people I met, and so much fun to surf with! He gave me great advice, heaps of encouragement and some awesome coaching which made my 2 waves feel like winners! He’s 11/10!

I’m probably not going pro anytime soon 😂, but for a few days of learning, having fun and trying a completely new skill, these guys were amazing.

My one suggestion for complete newbies would be to practise some basics in a pool beforehand, especially falling safely and the correct pop-up. When you’re practising on the shore, you really just want to get out there!

Second time staying at the camp, and I loved it just as much as the first! Excellent location, super comfortable rooms, and everything works perfectly.

What really makes this place special is the amazing team. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. I had one of the best weeks of my life at LMBK. Amazing atmosphere and so well organised, the team are incredible. I was able to catch some of the best waves of my life and improve my surfing throughout the week. Special thank you to Salim, Deka and Bul who all made me feel so welcome. Edit: LMBK ROUND TWO!

This is my second time staying at LMBK and I already can’t wait to come back for a third time. This place is genuinely like a home away from home in every way, but ultimately it’s the people that make the place so special and the staff at LMBK are what make me keep wanting to come back. The surf instructors are of course excellent, so just to highlight the few I spent the most time training with; Lan’s energy is so infectious he can brighten anyone’s day, especially before the sleepy sunrise surf sessions, Hakim has so much experience he has such a calm and steady presence in the water, and Salim always watches out for you on the water like a real brother would. You’re not just treated like a guest at LMBK it’s like you’re family and that goes for the in-house staff too. Rizwan always remembers that I like my chicken quesadilla with no onion, and Kyan remembers I like the blue seltzers not the pink ones, and Pendi always greets me with a big smile and a wave when I come back to camp at night. And of course Mika the surf manager always remembers us returning guests and is so warm and welcoming and really goes above and beyond to make everyone happy.
I couldn’t recommend LMBK more, if you’re on the fence about learning to surf then consider this your sign to just do it. Send it! 🤙

Staying at LMBK surf house was hands down the best trip of my life! It felt like home away from home. All the staff and surf guides were so helpful, everything was included and taken care of so you never had to worry about transport. I had an amazing stay at LMBK, it was worth every penny and I enjoyed every second and made some great friends! Shoutout to Mika for always being so helpful and friendly, and all the instructors for their advice and entertainment, especially Rony and Joni. We had a great experience. The bungalows are beautiful the property is very clean. The staff is super friendly. Our favourite one was Ronnie our surf instructor. He got us from zero to hero 5 days. Together with Wanwan the driver, the boys made it an unforgettable trip.

I wish I could give LMBK 6/5 stars, but unfortunately that’s not possible!

I absolutely loved my stay at LMBK and honestly wish I could have stayed longer. The staff are always incredibly kind, welcoming, and ready to help at any time of the day.

The vibes are amazing! There are plenty of activities throughout the week and, most importantly, lots of surfing — exactly what I was looking for.

The surf coaches are absolutely incredible. They take the time to answer all your questions, give you great advice, and go over what you can improve at the end of every session. They’re knowledgeable, passionate about surfing, and genuinely want to help you progress. I could clearly see a huge difference in my surfing abilities from the beginning to the end of the week.
