Inside Gerupuk

Inside Gerupuk, located in the Gerupuk Bay on the southern coast of Lombok, is a favorite spot for surfers seeking consistent and fun waves. Known for its accessibility and reliable conditions, Inside Gerupuk caters to surfers of all skill levels. 

The wave here is generally slower and mellower compared to other spots in Lombok, providing a forgiving environment for those still building their confidence in the water. On a typical day, the wave offers multiple sections, with the inside section being particularly fun and ideal for intermediate surfers. 

Inside Gerupuk works best at mid to high tide, with optimal conditions occurring when there is a south to southwest swell combined with east to northeast winds. The reef is relatively deep, minimizing the risk
of injury and making it a safer option for surfers not yet accustomed to reef breaks.
